Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per model. Mixed models are accepted — you can order multiple models as long as the total reaches 100 pieces.
2. Do you offer OEM services?
Yes. We support OEM custom design — we can produce sinks with your brand logo, custom packaging, and tailored specifications.
3. What surface finishes are available?
Available finishes depend on the model. Standard options include satin (brushed), Pearl Electring, and Nano coating. Please confirm your preferred finish before ordering.
4. What are your trade terms and payment methods?
Trade terms: EXW (Foshan) or FOB (Foshan/Shenzhen/Guangzhou). Payment: T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment).
5. What is the lead time?
Typically 25—35 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt, depending on order volume and production schedule.
6. Where is your factory located?
Our factory is in Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China — a major manufacturing hub for kitchen and bath products.
7. Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we can provide samples. Sample cost and shipping terms are discussed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for details.

We ship by sea freight (FCL or LCL). We can work with your nominated forwarder or recommend reliable logistics partners.
